Kluge is one of the closest developmental diagnostic clinics. JMU has the Shenandoah Valley Child Developmental Clinic. VCU's link is below:

It wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion if you are unsure, but it sounds like you have a pretty clear picture. John's Hopkins is supposed to be good, too, but that is so far to go especially if your child doesn't do well with travel. Good Luck!
