Her teacher says that Anna isn't showing signs of autism and that I shouldn't worry. That was good to hear. Since anna speaks more a lot of those behaviors stopped. She does have mild CP but I am continuing her physical therapy at RMH this summer. I don't know what is in Anna's future but I am stronger minded and feel confident no matter what happens we will all be ok. Eventually, I will have her seen back at Kluge to get her reevaluated. Just to round things out. I guess I need to hear it from the people who told me she was borderline autistic. Also, though Anna is talking we speak in our own special ways. I understand her better than anyone else. She mostly repeats the same sentence over and over....good thing is it use to be the same word over and over. (: She isn't lining up everything anymore. And she waves hi to complete strangers! She still looks off into places I am not invited to go. I suppose she will tell me about them when she is able. All in all I am hopeful but not completely confident she will be ok. I know how much mental illness runs in my family so I want to be prepared for anything. SOrry, rambling here.
