I just thought I'd post about my struggles this week. Anna has been making good progress w/speech but her voice often is monotone. She also says things out of nowhere that have no meaning to the situation. She asks me "where are we?" when we are driving or at home. Anna began to show interest in potty training but yesterday her teacher said she 'freaked' when she tried to put her on the potty. And i haven't been able to get her to use it this week either. So this is how it is up & down. I wonder why it is this way...i mean if she just was one way or another I think I would understand things better. After I picked her up yesterday at school i cried from her school to her doctors appointment. SHe had blood drawn to get her Thyroid numbers and testing for allergies. I just hate that she has to go through so much being so little. mary
