There weren't any other schooling opportunities that seemed to make any sense. He had done internships at JMU food services, JMU recreation and Hardee's. He had gone to the PERT program at Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center for job evaluation (highly recommended). After all that, it became apparent he could only work in a highly supervised environment.

At Friendship Industries, they encourage working toward supported competitive employment when that's possible. That may happen down the road, but for now, Friendship Industries seems to be the best placement.
